Is TidyCal free?
Yes. The Free plan is $0 forever and includes unlimited bookings, unlimited booking types, paid bookings through Stripe and PayPal, recurring and package bookings, date polls, your own booking page and one-click translation. It connects 1 calendar. Payments taken on this plan carry a 1% platform fee, on top of Stripe's own processing fees.
How much does TidyCal cost?
There are three paid options. Individual Lifetime is a one-time $29 payment. Agency Lifetime is a one-time $79 payment. Pro is a subscription at $12 per month, or $99 per year ($8.25 per month billed annually). Lifetime plans are sold on AppSumo; Pro is sold on tidycal.com.
Does TidyCal charge a fee on paid bookings?
On the Free, Individual Lifetime and Agency Lifetime plans, TidyCal charges 1% on payments processed through Stripe, on top of Stripe's own processing fees. Pro has no platform fee. See the terms for details.
What is a TidyCal Lifetime plan?
A Lifetime plan is a single payment with no renewal. You pay once ($29 for Individual Lifetime, $79 for Agency Lifetime) and never see a recurring charge. Lifetime plans are purchased through AppSumo and activated on your TidyCal account.
What is the difference between Individual Lifetime and Agency Lifetime?
Individual Lifetime adds everything a solo host needs on top of Free: auto-created Zoom, Google Meet and Teams links, group bookings, custom emails, booking limits, AI features, Google Analytics and Tag Manager, API access, reduced TidyCal branding and up to 10 calendar connections. Agency Lifetime adds team features on top of that: round robin and collective meetings, a dedicated team booking page, and SMS reminders for US and Canadian numbers (10 per month).
What does TidyCal Pro include that Lifetime plans do not?
Pro includes every Agency Lifetime feature plus a custom domain for your booking page, no TidyCal branding, priority support, unlimited SMS reminders and unlimited calendar connections. It is a monthly or yearly subscription rather than a one-time payment.
Can I cancel TidyCal Pro?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly or yearly and you can cancel from your account billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges; your account stays on the Free plan or any Lifetime plan you own.
Can I move from Calendly to TidyCal?
Yes. TidyCal has a built-in Calendly importer that brings your Calendly event types over as TidyCal booking types, and every plan, including Free, includes the booking page, calendar sync and paid bookings you would use in Calendly.
Which calendars and meeting tools does TidyCal connect to?
Google Calendar, Office 365 and Apple Calendar on every plan. Paid plans add Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Zapier, plus automatic meeting links for Zoom, Google Meet and Teams.
